FAQ Section A - System Related QuestionsWhat are the system requirements for using salesmentor? salesmentor users require Internet Explorer 6.0 or above and Windows Media Player 7.0 or above - to view the video content. When creating my account, what are the requirements for my user name and password? Both your username and password should be between 6 and 8 characters. This can be letters and numbers. I've forgotten my username and/or password, what should I do? Click the 'Forgot password?' link under the Login input boxes. Input your email address and you'll be taken to a form, pre-populated with your username (which you cannot change), to re-enter a new password. To verify these new details, you'll then receive a re-activation link via email - this link remains valid for up to 7 days. My email address has changed, what should I do? You can update your account details by visiting the Maintain Account tab, found at the top of each page. Updating your email address will require you to re-activate your account by clicking the link that will be sent to your new email address. For security purposes, access to your account will be suspended pending re-activation. Some of the Sales Workout video functions aren't working properly, why is this?
To make full use of the Sales Workout video functions, such as fast forward and skipping to specific module chapters, the video content must have completed it's buffering process. You can check if buffering has completed by right clicking within the video window - if Play Speed is in black text in the sub menu (not greyed out), buffering is complete.
